LAS VEGAS (AP) — Police have identified a 59-year-old woman who was fatally shot by a Las Vegas man who also fatally shot himself Tuesday.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports (http://bit.ly/1lqoKj0) Clark County coroner's officials on Saturday identified 59-year-old Monica Jayne Horan as the victim in the suspected murder-suicide.

Police say the bodies of Horan and 69-year-old Robert Hender were found next to each other Tuesday evening at her home west of downtown Las Vegas.

Both had gunshot wounds to the head.

Police released Hender's identity last week.

Officials believe Hender was in a relationship with Horan.

Authorities went to the home after Horan missed several days of work.
