LAS VEGAS (AP) — Authorities say they have arrested 35-year-old Natasha Jackson on suspicion of murder and other charges stemming from a Tuesday morning crime spree two men dead and two others injured. Jackson told police she and 27-year-old Cody Winters invaded several homes in which they injured the occupants. A police report did not detail a motive.
LAS VEGAS (AP) — Authorities have identified 19-year-old man Morland Richeyelder as the man who died earlier this week at a large house party in Las Vegas. Police say the wounded teen fled the gunman by running through the crowd of partiers and eventually collapsed in the backyard. Officials say partygoers tried to get him into a vehicle to take him to the hospital, but he died at the scene.
LAS VEGAS (AP) — A judge has ordered an alleged Las Vegas pimp to life in prison without the possibility of parole in the 2010 beating death of a 21-year-old woman. Authorities say Alicia Lee called her mother the day before the killing, saying she was afraid that Marshall Greene would be upset because she'd lost $300 gambling with a friend.
LAS VEGAS (AP) — An attorney for former NFL running back Larry Johnson says the player's Las Vegas domestic violence case is now closed after a judge determined he successfully completed community service and counseling requirements. Knapp said the athlete volunteered for several nonprofits, including the American Heart Association. Johnson was arrested in October 2012 at the Bellagio after he was accused of beating and choking his 32-year-old ex-girlfriend.
