POST FALLS, Idaho (AP) — Police in northern Idaho have arrested a 24-year-old man after finding the bodies of a woman and young girl in an apartment.
Police tell The Spokesman-Review (http://bit.ly/1kDR4Il) that Angel Albertico Morales-Larranaga of Post Falls was taken into custody about noon on Tuesday.
Post Falls Police Chief Scot Haug says two older children were also living at the home.
Haug says Morales-Larranaga dropped them off at a friend's house where he started talking about having strangled his wife and daughter. The friend called police.
Haug says the two older children are safe.
Haug says the apartment where police found the bodies is in Tullamore Commons apartment complex.
Police are continuing to investigate.
