INDIANOLA, Miss. (AP) — Debra Dace has been named superintendent of the Sunflower County Consolidated School District.
Dace began work Tuesday.
Debra Dace was the curriculum and testing coordinator with the Tunica County School District.
Sunflower County Consolidated School District consists of the former Drew, Indianola and Sunflower County Districts.
The Bolivar Commercial reports (http://bit.ly/1k5B2qo) that Dace has 22 years of experience in education. She began her career as a math teacher at Ruleville Central High School in 1992.
Dace also worked as a principal in Tunica and Coahoma County.
