TOOELE- Miller Motorsports Park announced today that Zions Bank has been named as the title sponsor for the Utah National, the season finale for the 2014 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship series, which will take place on Saturday, Aug. 23.

The nationally televised Zions Bank Utah National will be the biggest event of the year at Miller Motorsports Park, featuring the best motocross racers in the world. The field includes Ryan Dungey, James Stewart, Chad Reed and Ken Roczen, who are back competing in Utah for the second consecutive year. As the season finale, all of the top teams and riders will be scrambling for last- chance championship points and glory on the series' most unique track, located in the infield of the state-of-the-art Miller Motorsports Park facility.

Last year's Utah National marked the first professional outdoor motocross event to be held in Utah since 1973, attracting the largest single-day crowd in Miller Motorsports Park history with 21,500 attendees.

The Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship has existed since 1972, and the list of champions includes household names like Broc Glover, Jeff Ward, Ricky Johnson, Jeremy McGrath, Ricky Carmichael, Travis Pastrana, James Stewart, Chad Reed, Ryan Dungey and Ryan Villopoto. All the major motorcycle manufacturers, including Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, Kawasaki and KTM, are heavily involved in both the 250cc and 450cc classes and the pressure for the teams and riders to win races and capture the championship crown is immense. All Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship events are televised live on MAV TV and the NBC Sports Network.
