HONOLULU (AP) — In a story June 23 about a meeting on federal recognition of Native Hawaiians, The Associated Press reported comments by Sam Hirsch of the U.S. Department of Justice. The story should have specified that Hirsch is an attorney with the department who was representing the federal agency at the meeting.
