SEATTLE (AP) — The man charged with killing one person and wounding two others in a shooting at Seattle Pacific University is scheduled to be arraigned Monday on charges of murder, attempted murder and assault.

King County prosecutors say they will seek a life sentence for 26-year-old Aaron Ybarra. His lawyer, Ramona Brandes, has said her client has a long history of mental issues.

The June 5 shooting killed student Paul Lee of Portland.

Ybarra was subdued by a student security monitor, Jon Meis (mees).
