NEW ORLEANS (AP) — The LSU Health Sciences Center will offer free dental check-ups for children during July.
Faculty members of the School of Dentistry's pediatric dentistry department will examine children's teeth to determine their health status and provide information about proper dental care.
Appointments are not necessary but health center officials say children will be screened on a first-come, first-served basis.
The screenings begin July 1.
