PROVO, Utah (AP) — Police have arrested a man on suspicion of driving under the influence after he apparently dozed off in a Wendy's drive-thru in Lindon.

The Daily Herald reports (http://bit.ly/1nNrVPk ) Wendy's employees called police Tuesday to report a man at the window was asleep and smelled of alcohol.

Officers who arrived say they found a 38-year-old man in the driver's seat. They say he told them he'd been drinking "a little," then stumbled out of his vehicle and couldn't complete sobriety tests.

Police say the man had multiple alcohol-related violations on his record and a revoked driver's license.

Authorities say they found an open bottle of liquor in his vehicle, as well as an Arby's cup with an alcoholic mixed drink inside.

He was booked into the Utah County Jail.
