HANOVER, N.H. (AP) — Dartmouth College graduates are hearing from the creative force behind ABC's 'Scandal' and several other television shows at their commencement ceremony Sunday.
Shonda Rhimes, a 1991 Dartmouth graduate, is a Golden Globe winner and three-time Emmy nominee who also was executive producer of the medical dramas 'Grey's Anatomy' and' Private Practice.' She has been named to Fortune magazine's "50 Most Powerful Women in Business."
Dartmouth typically awards about 1,000 bachelor's degrees and 600 masters and doctoral degrees in the arts and sciences and from its three professional schools.
