Arrest made in Boise double homicide

BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Boise police have arrested a man in connection with a double homicide and are searching for another suspect.

Thirty-four-year-old Samari P. Winn was charged Friday with two counts of murder following a Thursday attack on three residents inside an apartment.

The Idaho Statesman reports (http://bit.ly/1hEt9XY ) that 28-year-old Elliott Bailey and 27-year-old Travontae Calloway died at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center of multiple gunshot wounds.

A third shooting victim was being treated.

Police spokeswoman Lynn Hightower says officers are searching for an unidentified suspect.

Police haven't disclosed a motive for the shooting but say it wasn't a random incident.
