But cemetery rules require a valid marriage certificate.

BOISE, Idaho (AP) — The state of Idaho says its sovereign immunity from lawsuits should protect the Idaho State Police from being sued in a license-plate profiling case. 69-year-old Darien Roseen of Colorado alleges Trooper Justin Klitch pulled him over in January 2013, detained him for hours and searched his vehicle for marijuana because he had a Colorado license plate and a Washington state driver's license. Both states have legalized marijuana.

NAMPA, Idaho (AP) — The College of Western Idaho has suspended enrollment for its culinary arts program because the school hasn't been able to find a new facility. CWI spokeswoman Jennifer Couch tells The Idaho Press-Tribune the college is struggling to find a space for a modern kitchen classroom. Students currently in programs will continue with their education through December 2015.

JACKSON, Wyo. (AP) — Officials in Jackson say residents might soon regain use of the only road to their homes near a slow-moving landslide.
