LAS VEGAS (AP) — Las Vegas police are investigating a fatal shooting at an intersection south of the Strip and west of the Henderson Airport.
Police say nearby residents reported a man running in a desert area before collapsing shortly before 7:30 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East Neal Avenue and La Cienega Street.
Lt. Ray Steiber says the man died from multiple gunshot wounds. He tells KLAS-TV (http://tinyurl.com/l9oea4a) officers are canvassing the neighborhood in the area near St. Rose Parkway and Bermuda Road.
He says they are looking for a dark-colored, two-door car that witnesses say left the area shortly after the shooting.
