GUNBARREL, Colo. (AP) — Boulder County authorities say up to three dogs might have eaten poison from tainted meatballs left at a Gunbarrel park.
The Boulder Daily Camera reported Tuesday (http://tinyurl.com/ok5425w) authorities have recovered six meatballs laced with rat poison from the park.
The first was found Monday.
Veterinarians are monitoring the three dogs.
The Boulder County Sheriff's Department is investigating.
Gunbarrel is north of Boulder.
