SPANISH FORK, Utah (AP) — A 16-year-old driver from Ogden and her 12-year-old brother are dead after authorities say she pulled out in front of an oncoming Jeep in Spanish Fork Canyon.
Utah Highway Patrol officials say Katherine P. Marcus and her passenger, Taylor Marcus, died at the scene of the crash that happened about 1 p.m. Thursday.
Authorities say the siblings were in a Nissan Maxima at the junction of Highways 6 and 89 when they were T-boned by a Jeep.
UHP Sgt. Todd Royce says none of the three occupants in the Jeep were seriously injured.
