Authorities say they arrested Jean Joseph and Tara Pinnock in the case. Officers found a 23-year-old woman in a parking lot after she called 911 on Sunday night. Police say the woman told them she was kidnapped two or three weeks ago on a New York City street and was beaten so badly she lost consciousness.

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — A 47-year-old Ukrainian man who told the FBI he had been drinking heavily for 50 days before causing a ruckus on a flight to Salt Lake City has pleaded guilty to interfering with a flight crew as part of a deal with prosecutors. Anatoliy Baranovich is due back in court June 25 for sentencing in the October 2012 incident. He could face up to five years in prison.

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — The Utah Jazz have lost 16 of their last 18 games. Last night Carmelo Anthony scored 34 points and the New York Knicks pulled away for a 92-83 victory over the Jazz. New York shot 47 percent from the field while holding Utah to just 39 percent.
