ECA Assistant Secretary Evan Ryan and His Excellency Jalil Abbas Jilani, the Ambassador of Pakistan, will give opening remarks at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 26, at the National Press Club, followed by a keynote address by Stephen Rasmussen, the manager of technology and business model innovation at the Consultative Group to Assist the Poor.
