VETERAN SUICIDE — On the 11th anniversary of the start of the Iraq War, Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA) announced it will converge on Washington March 22-28 to introduce IAVAs 2014 Policy Agenda and demand action on its top issue: combating veteran suicide. Background: The VA estimates that 22 veterans die by suicide each day.
