MEN may dream of women in tiny lace G-strings, but given the choice, British women will choose the comfort of cotton underwear every time according to recent research carried out by Cotton USA.
An overwhelming 90 per cent of women surveyed chose cotton as the material of choice for their underwear.
British women prefer classic styles - over half of the women surveyed opted for the classic 'brief', while just 14 per cent said that they would choose a G-string and surprisingly, even less went for French knickers -just 12 per cent.
