(AP) - RIGHT-WING RUMBLINGS: Some Ohio conservatives are unhappy with what they see as efforts by three party stars _ House Speaker John Boehner, Gov. John Kasich and Sen. Rob Portman _ to play to the middle for political expedience.

PRIMARY CHALLENGES: Dissidents could back a tea party primary challenge to Kasich and a Libertarian in the 2014 general election, primary challengers are also lining up against Boehner, and there's talk of recruiting a 2016 primary opponent for Portman.

FOLLOW OR LEAD?: Supporters of the Ohio GOP trio see them in classic political conflict of following or getting out in front of the issues, and say their track records show they know the right way to lead.
