NEW YORK (AP) - In a story Dec. 24, The Associated Press quoted Richard Constable, New Jersey's community affairs commissioner, as saying, "For us, this is a success now," in reference to a program of rebuilding grants for homeowners affected by Superstorm Sandy. The story should have specified that he was declaring the program a success for people who have received grants.
