CHICAGO (AP) - Agribusiness giant Archer Daniels Midland Company will open its new global headquarters in Chicago.

That's according to two people with knowledge of the decision. They say the company plans to announce the move Wednesday.

The two people spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because they weren't authorized to speak before the official announcement is made.

The deal calls for relocating 60 to 75 employees and doesn't involve tax incentives which ADM had sought.

ADM announced earlier this year it planned to move about 100 employees to a location with better international access. The company planned to open a technology center with about 100 additional jobs at the new site.

The two people familiar with the decision say the company no longer promises to open the tech center.
