DENVER (AP) - Colorado has become the first state in the country to adopt final rules for recreational marijuana businesses.
The rules released Monday cover licensing, tracking, packaging and advertising.
According to the Denver Post ( http://tinyurl.com/qzg9xf4), the first stores are expected to open around Jan. 1.
