Photo courtesy Chattem Incorporated (KSL News) The maker of Icy Hot, a topical pain relief medicine, has issued voluntary recall of two of its products.
Chattem Incorporated received reports that the products caused first, second and third degree burns. The recalled products are the "Icy Hot Heat Therapy Air Activated Heat" designed for the back, arm, neck and legs.
Anyone who has the products or any samples should immediately stop using them and then discard them or return them to the manufacturer.
