A Michigan native, Jerry Seiner has 10W30 running through his veins as much as anything else... His dad, Steve, was an electrician and worked for the Ford Motor Company for 49 years. Jerry decided to follow his dad's footsteps into the auto industry and now he's at the helm of the Jerry Seiner dealerships in Utah.
The automotive industry has been a roller coaster of a ride. Jerry's lost some franchises and has seen others flourish...But through it all, his love for all things automotive has never waivered...
Right now Jerry says there's a resurgence of appreciation for American-made products, and people are proud to own them. That's one of the reasons why Jerry Seiner dealerships are doing so well. Jerry is also happy to have business operations headquartered in Utah, which has been named as the Best State for Business from Forbes magazine for three years now.
Jerry Seiner is currently entering the second generation, transitioning from Jerry's leadership to that of his son and son-in-law..... He wants to continue what they've done in the past, growing and expanding, slower than some but faster than others and done securely for employees, which number somewhere around 350.... His son-in-law will someday assume all Jerry's responsibilities.
As a GM dealer, Jerry is very proud of how GM has attacked the miles per gallon problem. ...The result has been the Chevy Volt, the car capable of delivering over 100 miles per gallon. It has been the talk of the industry and the people who own one absolutely love them, including Jerry himself...It's been an exciting car to sell and to see grow in the industry...
Jerry Seiner has four locations that feature a choice from up to 10 franchises... Buick, GMC, Kia, Nissan, Chevy and Cadillac are just a few... As for the future, Jerry knows one thing — it's an exciting business to be in, and he's ready to share it... Steve Seiner would be so proud to see what his son Jerry and family are doing with the automotive industry today.
