(KSL News) -- Aging baby boomers are creating new market demands, including new needs in retirement planning.
Boomers just entering their so-called golden years are likely to have both surviving parents and children still in school or living at home.
So many people are hiring registered financial gerontologist.
Frank Congemi, Financial Gerontologist: "A financial gerontologist is someone who has the financial background, but then has a lot of tertiary training, sociology, some medical because we do have to qualify people for different types of insurances."
Financial gerontologists can help handle family issues, second marriages, children that might have medical problems, grandparents and parents that might have medical problems.
