Randall Jeppesen, KSL Newsradio Sandy fire officials are still looking into what caused a fatal fire at a trailer home near 150 West and 9800 South.
From the outside you can't really see much damage to the home, but the fire that started in the bedroom did kill one of the residents living there.
Assistant Fire Chief Richard Lyman isn't ready to say what caused the fire. "This involves a fatality, so we don't want to make any wrong decisions or jump to any conclusion," he said.
They are also not giving out the name of the man who died, saying they're still trying to track down next of kin.
One other man living in the trailer was helped out by police officers, and one officer did injure his arm on some glass.
