We continue our series of conversations with the candidates by focusing on the office of Utah Attorney General. Mark Shurtleff has held that office since 2001. After three terms, he has decided not to seek re-election. Now, Democrat Dee Smith and Republican John Swallow are seeking your votes.

Getting around downtown on the bus may cost a little more in the not-so-distant future. The Utah Transit Authority might end the "free fare zone" for buses while maintaining the popular transit feature for light rail. This week Doug Wright makes the case for keeping the free fare zone.
