(KSL News) -- Home movies move into the HD realm. The first high definition DVD player hit store shelves today.
When Toshiba's player is hooked up to a high definition TV set, it show unprecentented resolution. So far, only four movies are available in HD DVD form -- "Serenity," "Million Dollar Baby," "The Phantom of the Opera," and "The Last Samurai."
The new player costs about $500 and the HD DVD's cost between 20 to 40 dollars.
