Halloween trick or treating was just made a little safer. Sex offenders are once again being forced to reveal their identity in Maryland. This Halloween, they will be displaying "No Candy" signs on their properties. Doug believes theirs is a crime that can never be repaid. Do you agree. Can sexual predators be rehabilitated? Should they be given more opportunities to bury their past and begin anew?

OR

Is their sickness incurable? Are the bans and humiliations they suffer justified?

Is a "No Candy" sign enough? Many believe sexual predators should belong in their own community. What are your thoughts? Leave a comment.

YOUR TEXTS: "Doug, sympathy should not prevail over justice. They're sex offenders who have committed grotesque and sometimes violent crimes and this is a consequence."

AND

"They deserve far worse than a simple sign."
