(KSL News) During the September 11 terrorist attacks, 33 pilots and flight attendants were killed. To honor them and raise money for memorials, fellow airline crew members are pedalling across America for 33 days.
They're biking from Los Angeles to the Pentagon. Tom Heidenberger, a pilot, organized the ride-- his wife was a flight attendant on the plane that crashed in Washington D.C.
The bikers will ride 36 hundred miles-- and make several stops along the way-- including ground zero.
