This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.

The way we shop for food is changing. We are faced with increasing prices yet at the same time, we're concerned for our health and still want to shop at our favorite grocery store. And food isn't getting cheaper. The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Economic Research Service reports that food prices jumped .7 percent from February to March of this year.

This trend is not lost on Todd Muse, who has been in the food business for 26 years and has opened his own grocery stores in Southern Utah. His latest is the Red Mountain Market in Ivins, Utah.

One of the individual touches he uses in serving his local clientele is to personally cut all his meat, which is Grade A Choice natural organic beef. He is an expert butcher and understands individual needs. Todd is also on top of his trade in supporting local vendors like Grandma Tobler's Bakery, which prepares fresh baked goods every day for Red Mountain Market. Todd selects specialty products just for his store. Every dollar spent on a Utah product creates the effect of adding up to $6 to the local economy.

When he was looking for variety and experience, Todd decided to carry United Natural Foods which is the largest natural food supplier in the country. He can get a great selection and better pricing.

When you go into the market, you'll notice the full-service deli and tables so you can have lunch or get special orders like party trays for your upcoming special events. Be on the lookout for barbecue promotions and other outdoor cooking offers while Red Mountain Market supports your family fun this summer.

For Zions Bank, I'm Chris Redgrave, speaking on business.
