Playing Angry Birds on a mobile phone only goes so far. For a really immersive experience, youll need a life-sized version. And thats exactly what the games creator Rovio built for its latest stunt.Weve seen the amazingly popular multi-platform game Angry Birds invade many aspects of everyday life in the form of a birthday cake, plush toys and even a fake movie but this real-life reenactment of the game is the largest yet.Created to promote Deutsche Telekoms new services, the giant version of the game was set up and filmed at Plaa Nova de Terrassa in Spain. The game is not entirely functional, but we do get to see the pigs and their barricades destroyed in a spectacular fashion, while a street band plays a jazzy version of the games theme song. We can only wonder whats next for the angry feathered creatures, whose popularity just doesnt seem to fade.[via Kotaku]More About: angry birds, game, gaming, life-sized, Mobile 2.0, real life, videoFor more Video coverage:Follow Mashable Video on TwitterBecome a Fan on FacebookSubscribe to the Video channelDownload our free apps for Android, Mac, iPhone and iPad Read More ...
