(KSL News) -- Sony has a deal for anyone who purchased CD’s with flawed copyright protection software.
Customers will get a free replacement CD and the choice of either a cash payment of seven dollars and 50-cents or free music downloads.
The offer follows the recall of millions of CD’s with embedded copyright protection software that exposed computers to hackers.
The settlement still requires a judge's approval.
