(KSL News) -- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission today recalled a toy because it poses a choking hazard to young children.
The CPSC has received three reports of incidents involving the Little Tree Mini Learning Cube.
Two children choked after putting pieces of the learning cube in their mouth. In a third incident...the wooden pegs popped out of the Learning Cube.
The CPSC recommends consumers immediately take the toy away from children and Return it to the store where it was purchased.
