Craig and Lannie dress in authentic 1890s cowboy wear, complete with frock coats and spurs and like to kick off their corporate trainings with a big team-building exercise. One time they high jacked a bus with a group of managers who were completely caught off guard. . . but they loved it!
Or the time they arrested a company CEO unbeknownst to him. He was so surprised he pulled Lannie and Craig into his office and said, "I hate cowboys. How did you get in here?" Hired Guns had their work cut out for them, but it wasn't a problem. They had won him over, and he ended up being one of the employees who participated with the most vigor in their corporate training session.
These guys know how to get to the heart of the matter of business in Utah. In discussing the passion they have for their business, they explained, "Who hasn't had the ‘kick in the head moment,' and that's the basis of our work."
