PROVO - Each week the BYU Cougars invite a special guest to participate in their Thursday practice. This week, the team invited Brigham Larkin to participate in the practice.

Brigham was born with Down syndrome and is currently serving an LDS service-oriented mission in Orem.

Brigham's father said: "He'll routinely remind people that Brigham Young was his cousin."

He loved participating in the practice and seeing all of his favorite players from TV with him.

"He loves a couple of people," his father said. "He loves President Bush, Indiana Jones, and Bronco Mendenhall. He's usually in one of those outfits."

As is tradition with the team, Brigham signed the team's flag that is flown out before each game.

Brigham, surrounded by the team, helped the team chant: "Brigham! Brigham!"
