ARVADA, Colo., Nov 15, 2005 (UPI via COMTEX) -- A 41-year-old Colorado woman who plied teens with sex, alcohol and drugs to be a "cool mom" has been sentenced to 30 years in prison.

Silvia Johnson, 41, of Arvada, Colo., who said she yearned to be part of the popular crowd, sobbed and almost collapsed when sentenced, the Rocky Mountain News said.

During the hearing, District Judge Peter Weir made it clear that Johnson's conduct was far from cool.

Johnson pleaded guilty to two counts of misdemeanor sex assault and nine counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor for having parties at her home in 2003 and 2004 in which she supplied drugs and alcohol to eight boys from Arvada West High School.

She admitted having sex with five high school boys, including her daughter's boyfriend. She also said she gave methamphetamine and alcohol to her daughter and the boys.
