(KSL News) -- If you subscribe to NetFlix, you could be eligible for a free movie.
The internet movie rental company settled a class action lawsuit. It said NetFlix failed to live up to its slogan: "unlimited" DVD rentals and "one-day delivery."
NetFlix denies wrongdoing, but settled the case. If you enrolled in a paid Netflix membership before january 15, this year you can upgrade your membership for free for one month, and get an extra free movie delivered to your door.
