SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Tribune Co.'s Los Angeles Times on Tuesday named Doug Frantz and Leo Wolinsky as managing editors. Frantz was previously an investigative reporter based in Turkey, and Wolinsky was deputy managing editor of the paper. John Montorio was also elevated to associate editor.
