(Salt Lake CIty-AP) -- War protesters in Salt Lake City planned more civil disobedience at the downtown federal building this morning.

Utah Citizens for Peace, which organized the demonstrations, call the war in Iraq illegal and immoral -- and they think U.S. foreign policy is arrogant.

Paul Baer, who expected to be arrested at the protests today, says he's part of a global movement that's touting a better way to deal with the conflict.

Protesters had gathered at the federal building early this morning, and planned to stick around until police arrested them.
