SALT LAKE CITY (AP)-- Lawyers for Brian David Mitchell are now being blasted for obtaining Elizabeth Smart's school records.

Prosecutors say the defense violated court procedures and Elizabeth's lawyer says he'll fight to get the records back.

Elizabeth's father is also upset over the ordeal and say he's tired of the continuing intrusions into his daughter's life.

Defense attorneys for the man who allegedly kidnapped Elizabeth subpoenaed her class and teacher lists, report cards, and disciplinary and attendance records.

Elizabeth's attorney says the records are private and protected.
