(KSL News) -- One of Elizabeth Smart's accused kidnappers is finally at the Utah State Hospital.
Wanda Barzee was declared mentally incompetent to stand trial two months ago... but she was held at the Salt Lake County Jail until a bed at the hospital became available.
Barzee and her husband, Brian David Mitchell, are accused of kidnapping Smart in June 2002, and holding her captive for nine months.
