There's nothing worse than the feeling of being in a car accident. Not only is there the stress of trying to figure out who's at fault and if there will be tickets involved but you also have to worry about the repairs that need to be made and how much they'll cost.
However, companies like Victor's Auto Collision Repair Center in Salt Lake City strive to make the repair process as easy as possible. Company owner Ricardo Gutierrez says Victor's provides complete collision repair and custom auto body work. This includes everything from basic auto body repair to custom paint jobs to some mechanical and electrical work. Employees are required to take extensive training in order to provide the best quality of work and customer service.
The company started four years ago as a partnership between Ricardo and a friend he had known for many years. Ricardo had even been a customer of his business partner until they decided to start their own company. He received a degree in business administration and a master's in automotive management. He even received his ICAR certification. ICAR is a national certification that indicates the repair facility has the knowledge to correctly repair someone's vehicle after a collision. When his partner decided to retire, Ricardo purchased his portion of the business and became the sole owner. He is in the process of revamping the building to give it a new look.
Ricardo says Victor's Auto Collision Repair Center tends to run in cycles. During the winter months, especially after major storms, the collision side of the business booms. Customers are in a hurry to get their cars fixed as quickly as possible. During the summer months, the body shop is busy when clients want to change the color of their car, put on new wheels or make upgrades.
Ricardo says the high quality of service and affordable prices are why customers return to Victor's Auto Collision Repair Center when they have collision repair needs.
