1. Power outages, delayed flights, weather-related hazards follow Utah snowfall

Roads across Utah were coated in a layer of snow after moderate to heavy snowfall throughout areas of the state Sunday morning. Flight Aware reported 330 delays and three cancellations from the Salt Lake City International Airport due to winter storms, and the Utah Highway Patrol reported that troopers had handled 114 crashes and over 169 public assists statewide.

Sister Donna Packer, the wife of the late apostle Boyd K. Packer, has died, officials from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints announced Sunday.

A 15-year-old girl who was hit in an auto-pedestrian accident on 2100 North in Lehi on Friday died from her injuries that night, according to Sgt. Drew Olson with the Lehi Police Department. A second teenager hit in the same incident is expected to recover.

5. 1 killed in auto-pedestrian crash in West Valley City

One person died early Saturday after being hit by a car in West Valley City. Police responded to the accident around 1 a.m. at Research Way and Redwood Road, according to West Valley Police Lt. Jason Vincent.
