(KSL News) Police in Salt Lake City are looking for the driver of a white pickup truck who caused an accident at 800 South and 600 West that sent a man to the hospital.

Witnesses told police the pickup driver was changing lanes and clipped another vehicle. That driver lost control and slammed into a concrete barrier.
Sgt. Lon Halterman, Salt Lake City Police Dept.: "We believe that the white pickup truck may have made some contact or made enough contact with the victim's vehicle to cause it to lose control."

Investigators say skid marks indicate the vehicles were going faster than the posted 35 mile-per-hour speed limit.
