(KSL News) Lawmakers unanimously passed a resolution honoring the victims and family members of those killed in the Trolley Square shooting.

It says as fellow citizens, legislators want to "bind up the wounds, whether they be physical, emotional or spiritual, and draw closer as a community that cares about each and every individual."

Copies will be sent to the surviving victims and families of those killed.

Also, today dispatchers who were on duty at the beginning of the Trolley Square shooting will be recognized for their work. The Salt Lake City Council will officially thank 22 fire and police dispatchers.
