RIVERDALE -- The ramp from southbound I-15 to eastbound I-84 in Riverdale is closed following a fatal semi crash.
Around 3 p.m. Tuesday the truck was exiting onto I-84, which leads into Weber Canyon, but was going too fast and flipped onto its side.
The truck was carrying a load of apples, which spilled onto the exit ramp.
The driver was not injured; his female passenger was found dead underneath the semi.
The Utah Highway Patrol says the ramp will be closed for several hours.
