(KSL News) Salt Lake City Mayor Ralph Becker wants the city council to approve a $10 million bond for The Leonardo.
The council asked the mayor's office to investigate the possibility of renovating the old Main Library and leasing it to The Leonardo.
Based on that six-month investigation, the mayor is recommending the issuance of a $10.2 million bond to fund the project.
