SALT LAKE CITY — Two words may describe Netflix's July offering: the best. Coming to Netflix is the best 1980s-based nostalgia horror series: "Stranger Things 4," Volume 2. The best Batman movie: "The Dark Knight Rises." The most-quoted teen movie written by Tina Fey: "Mean Girls." And, dare one say, the best gangster movie ever made: "Goodfellas."
